Walmart (WMT) Tops Q3 EPS by 5c, Raises FY EPS Guidance

Walmart (NYSE: WMT) reported Q3 EPS of $1.45, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $140.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $135.6 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Walmart sees FY2022 EPS of $6.40, versus the consensus of $6.33.

• Walmart U.S. comp sales above 6%, excluding fuel
• •FY22 GAAP EPS of around $5.00; Adjusted EPS4 of around $6.40 versus prior guidance of $6.20-$6.35
