Opendoor (OPEN) Tops Q2 EPS by 10c

Opendoor (NASDAQ: OPEN) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.24), $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.34). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.06 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Opendoor sees Q3 2021 revenue of $1.8-1.9 billion, versus the consensus of $1.52 billion.
