NASDAQ (NDAQ) Tops Q2 EPS by 20c

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) reported Q2 EPS of $1.90, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $1.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $846 million versus the consensus estimate of $810.54 million.

UPDATING 2021 NON-GAAP EXPENSE AND TAX GUIDANCE5

The company is updating its 2021 non-GAAP operating expense guidance to a range of $1,590 to $1,620 million. Nasdaq continues to expect its 2021 non-GAAP tax rate to be in the range of 25.0% to 27.0%.
