MongoDB (MDB) Announces Proposed 2.3M Share Public Offering of Class A Common Stock

MongoDB, Inc. ("MongoDB") (Nasdaq: MDB), the leading, modern general purpose database platform, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,300,000 shares of its Class A common stock. All of the shares in the proposed offering will be sold by MongoDB. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the proposed offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
MongoDB expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Siebert Williams Shank, Guzman & Company, Tigress Financial Partners and Drexel Hamilton are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
