ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.1625 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on Feb. 18, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 4, 2021.
