BorgWarner (BWA) Tops Q3 EPS by 15c, Offers Q4 Guidance

BorgWarner (NYSE: BWA) reported Q3 EPS of $0.88, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.53 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.33 billion.

GUIDANCE:

BorgWarner sees Q4 2020 revenue of $3.46-3.61 billion, versus the consensus of $3.05 billion.
