Synopsys (SNPS) Tops Q3 EPS by 40c, Q4 EPS Guidance Comes in Light

Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS) reported Q3 EPS of $1.74, $0.40 better than the analyst estimate of $1.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $964.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $894.12 million.

GUIDANCE:

Synopsys sees Q4 2020 EPS of $1.51-$1.56, versus the consensus of $1.69. Synopsys sees Q4 2020 revenue of $1-1.03 billion, versus the consensus of $1.04 billion.
