NASDAQ (NDAQ) Declares $0.49 Quarterly Dividend; 1.5% Yield

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.49 per share, or $1.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 25, 2020, to stockholders of record on September 11, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of September 10, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
