Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT) reported Q1 EPS of $0.27, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37.73 million versus the consensus estimate of $39.39 million.
“We were pleased with the strong first quarter operating results which benefitted from a full quarter of rent from properties acquired at year end," said CEO Bill Lenehan. "The coronavirus pandemic has had a sudden impact on all of our tenants, but our team has adjusted capably to the evolving environment. Rent collectability has been solid under the circumstances, our balance sheet is in great shape, and we are working with tenants to address their short-term needs while creating long-term shareholder value.”
