Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.83 per share, or $3.32 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.80.

The dividend will be payable on April 17, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
