AstraZeneca (AZN) Tops Q1 EPS by 5c

AstraZeneca (NYSE: AZN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.89, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.49 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.38 billion.

GUIDANCE:

AstraZeneca sees FY2019 EPS of $3.50-$3.70, versus the consensus of $3.50.
