Arbor Realty Trust (ABR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 28.6% to $0.27; 2.3% Yield

Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE: ABR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share. This is a 28.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.21.

The dividend will be payable on March 20, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 21, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
