NGL Energy Partners (NYSE: NGL) reported Q3 EPS of $0.64, $0.55 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.38 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.79 billion.

• Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter of Fiscal 2019 was $132.6 million, compared to $122.6 million for the third quarter of Fiscal 2018
• Confirms Fiscal 2019 Adjusted EBITDA guidance of $450 million
