Avalonbay Communities (NYSE: AVB) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.52 per share, or $6.08 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $1.47.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
