Camden Property Trust (CPT) Misses Q4 EPS by 3c, Revenues Beat; Q1 EPS Guidance Below Consensus, Offers FY19 EPS Outlook

Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) reported Q4 EPS of $0.41, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $244.92 million versus the consensus estimate of $243.21 million.

“We are pleased to report another strong quarter of performance, with same property growth and FFO per share slightly better than anticipated for both fourth quarter and full-year 2018,” said Richard J. Campo, Camden’s Chairman and CEO. “Demand for rental housing remains strong, and we expect 2019 to be another good year for Camden and the multifamily industry.”

GUIDANCE:

Camden Property Trust sees Q1 2019 EPS of $0.33-$0.37, versus the consensus of $0.42.

Camden Property Trust sees FY2019 EPS of $1.51-$1.71, versus the consensus of $1.65.
