(NYSE: ROL), a premier global consumer and commercial services company announced that the Board of Directors approved a 12.5% increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend. The increased regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.105 per share is payable March 11, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 11, 2019.  This marks the 17th consecutive year the Board has increased its dividend a minimum of 12.0% or more.
