Ambarella (AMBA) Tops Q3 EPS by 12c, Q4 Revenue Guidance Misses

Ambarella (NASDAQ: AMBA) reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $57.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $57.1 million.

GUIDANCE:

Ambarella sees Q4 2019 revenue of $51 million, versus the consensus of $55.6 million.

• Gross margin on a non-GAAP basis is expected to be between 59.0% and 60.5%
• Operating expenses on a non-GAAP basis are expected to be between $29.0 million and $31.0 million
