CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Archer Daniels Midland Company’s (NYSE: ADM) Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 33.5 cents per share on the company’s common stock payable on Sept. 6, 2018, to shareholders of record on Aug. 16, 2018.
This is ADM’s 347th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 86 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of June 30, 2018, there were 559,645,526 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
