Macerich (MAC) Reports In-Line Q2 EPS, Lowers Guidance

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.96, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $234.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $231.94 million.

GUIDANCE:

Macerich sees FY2018 EPS of $3.82-$3.92, prior was for $3.92-$4.02.
