Albemarle (ALB) Tops Q1 EPS by 9c, Confirms Guidance

Albemarle (NYSE: ALB) reported Q1 EPS of $1.30, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $1.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $821.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $803.36 million.

GUIDANCE:

Albemarle sees FY2018 EPS of $5.10-$5.40, versus the consensus of $5.17. Albemarle sees FY2018 revenue of $3.2-3.4 billion, versus the consensus of $3.3 billion.
