Live Nation (NYSE: LYV) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.24), $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.29). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.5 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.32 billion.

• Ticketmaster Fee-Bearing GTV Up 21% through April
