Pfizer (PFE) Tops Q1 EPS by 2c, Revenues Miss; Reaffirmed Guidance

Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) reported Q1 EPS of $0.77, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $13.15 billion.

Reaffirmed All Components of 2018 Financial Guidance:

• Revenues: $53.5 to $55.5 billion
• Adjusted Diluted EPS: $2.90 to $3.
