Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.74 per share, or $2.96 annualized. This is a 42.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.52.

The dividend will be payable on May 24, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 9, 2018.
