Ares Commercial Real Estate (NYSE: ACRE) reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.87 million versus the consensus estimate of $11.18 million.

• Fourth quarter GAAP net income of $6.2 million or $0.22 per diluted common share and Core Earnings(1) of $7.2 million or $0.25 per diluted common share
• Full-year 2017 GAAP net income of $30.4 million or $1.07 per diluted common share and Core Earnings(1) of $32.1 million or $1.13 per diluted common share
