Albertsons plans to buy the rest of Rite Aid (NYSE: RAD) that isn't being sold to Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ: WBA), the Wall Street Journal reported.
The combined value of the two companies will be around $24 billion, including debt, the report stated.
