Avalonbay Communities (AVB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.5% to $1.47; 3.5% Yield

Avalonbay Communities (NYSE: AVB) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.47 per share, or $5.88 annualized. This is a 3.5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.42.

The dividend will be payable on April 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
