Evercore Partners (NYSE: EVR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 9, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 23, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of February 22, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
