Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN) Misses Q4 FFO by 3c, Updates Guidance

Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) reported Q4 FFO of $0.30, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $133.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $129.47 million.

Based on our sale of evo and equity issuance, we are adjusting our 2018 FFO guidance from $1.36-$1.46 per share to $1.33-$1.43 per share
