Franklin Covey (FC) Tops Q1 EPS by 16c, Beats on Revenues; Reaffirms 2018 Guidance

Franklin Covey (NYSE: FC) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.17), $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.33). Revenue for the quarter came in at $47.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $43.47 million.

Fiscal 2018 Outlook: Based on anticipated increases in its SaaS business, the Company reaffirms its previously announced Adjusted EBITDA guidance for fiscal 2018, which is expected to be in the range of $10 million to $15 million.
