Macerich (MAC) Reports Q3 EPS of $0.96, COnfirms Dividend Increase

Macerich (NYSE: MAC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.96, versus $1.04 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $242.45 million versus the consensus estimate of $246.62 million.

GUIDANCE:

Macerich sees Q4 2017 EPS of $3.90-$4.40.

"On October 24, 2017 the company increased its quarterly dividend on its common shares to $.74 per share, a 4.2% increase."
