Cantor Fitzgerald downgraded Aetna (NYSE: AET) from Overweight to Neutral with a price target of $175.00.
Analyst Steven Halper cites speculation that CVS would buy the company for the downgrade noting the offer price is just above his PT and he believes the deal is not implausible.
