Timken (TKR) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c, FY EPS Guidance Tops Consensus

Timken (NYSE: TKR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.71, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $771.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $758.91 million.

GUIDANCE:

Timken sees FY2017 EPS of $2.58-$2.63, versus the consensus of $2.57.

• The company now expects 2017 revenue to be up approximately 12 percent in total versus 2016.
