Edgewell Personal Care Company (EPC) Tops Q3 EPS by 15c; Raises EPS, Trims Organic Net Sales Outlook

Edgewell Personal Care Company (NYSE: EPC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.95, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $637.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $648.13 million.

GUIDANCE:

Edgewell Personal Care Company sees FY2017 EPS of $3.90-$4.05, versus $3.80-$4.00 prior and the consensus of $3.94. The Company is also revising its organic net sales outlook to be down 1% to 2% (previously flat) compared to the prior year, reflecting a lower sales outlook in Wet Shave and Feminine Care.
