Pinnacle Foods (PF) June call option implied volatility is at 50, July is at 42; compared to its 52-week range of 19 to 47 into Reuters reporting the food manufacturer was approached by ConAgra Brands (CAG) about a possible takeover. June 65 and September 75 calls were active on total call volume of 8,446 contracts (5,275 puts).
