National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) reported Q4 Normalized FFO of $1.27, versus $1.17 reported last year. FFO per common share was $1.27 versus $1.17 and Normalized AFFO per common share was $1.15 versus $1.03.

The Company currently expects Normalized FFO for 2016 to be in the range of $5.06 to $5.12 per diluted common share and Normalized AFFO to be in the range of $4.61 to $4.65 per diluted common share.
