National Health Investors (NHI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.6% to $0.95; 5.1% Yield

National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.95 per share, or $3.8 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.90.

The dividend will be payable on May 10, 2017, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.1 percent.
