Paramount Group (PGRE) Tops Q3 FFO by 1c

Paramount Group (NYSE: PGRE) reported Q3 FFO of $0.20, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $171.32 million versus the consensus estimate of $166.55 million.

GUIDANCE:

Paramount Group sees FY2016 FFO of $0.84-$0.86, versus the consensus of $0.85.
