Sun Communities (SUI) Tops Q3 FFO by 3c

Sun Communities (NYSE: SUI) reported Q3 FFO of $1.13, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $249.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $146.83 million.

GUIDANCE:

Sun Communities sees Q4 2016 FFO of $0.89 - $0.91, versus the consensus of $0.90.
