Groupon (GRPN) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c, Raises Guidance

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.01), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $756 million versus the consensus estimate of $711.2 million.

GUIDANCE:

Groupon sees FY2016 revenue of $3.0-3.1 billion vs prior $2.75-$3.05 billion and the consensus of $3.02 billion.

• Adjusted EBITDA range to between $140.0 million and $165.0 million.
