Dover Corp. (DOV) Misses Q2 EPS by 9c; Cuts FY16 Outlook

Dover Corp. (NYSE: DOV) reported Q2 EPS of $0.76, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.69 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.71 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Dover Corp. sees FY2016 EPS of $3.35-$3.45, versus prior guidance of $3.51-$3.66 and the consensus of $3.47. Expects full year organic revenue to decline 6% to 8%, versus prior forecast of a 5% to 8% decline
