In addition to earnings, General Mills (NYSE: GIS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share, or $1.92 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 11, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 7, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
