National Healthcare (NHC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.45; 2.8% Yield

National Healthcare (NYSE: NHC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
