Gilead Sciences (NASDAQ: GILD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 9.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.43.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
