Costar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) reported Q1 EPS of $0.95, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $199.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $197.33 million.

GUIDANCE:

Costar Group sees FY2016 EPS of $0.80-$0.84, versus the consensus of $0.75. Costar Group sees FY2016 revenue of $204-206 million.

Costar Group sees FY2016 EPS of $4.00-$4.10, versus the consensus of $3.70. Costar Group sees FY2016 revenue of $834-840 million, versus the consensus of $837.08 million.
