Alliance Resource Partners (NASDAQ: ARLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4375 per share, or $1.75 annualized. This is a 35.2% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.675.

The dividend will be payable on May 13, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2016.
