Canadian Natural Resources (NYSE: CNQ) declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.23 per share, or C$0.92 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 18, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 16, 2016.
