Costar Group (CSGP) Tops Q4 EPS by 28c, Offers Q1 & FY GUidance

Costar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) reported Q4 EPS of $1.10, $0.28 better than the analyst estimate of $0.82. Revenue for the quarter came in at $193 million versus the consensus estimate of $192.58 million.

GUIDANCE:

Costar Group sees Q1 2016 EPS of $0.66-$0.70, versus the consensus of $0.80. Costar Group sees Q1 2016 revenue of $196-198 million, versus the consensus of $197 million.

Costar Group sees FY2016 EPS of $3.62-$3.72, versus the consensus of $3.59. Costar Group sees FY2016 revenue of $830-840 million, versus the consensus of $844 million.
