Hackett Group, Inc. (HCKT) Tops Q4 EPS by 1c

Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT) reported Q4 EPS of $0.21, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $66.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.61 million.

In its recent meeting, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized an increase in its annual dividend from $0.20 to $0.26, which is to be paid semi-annually. Subsequent to year end, to the Company's Board of Directors also approved to increase the stock repurchase program authorization by an additional $5.0 million.

Hackett Group, Inc. sees Q1 2016 EPS of $18.00-$0.20, versus the consensus of $0.17. Hackett Group, Inc. sees Q1 2016 revenue of $66.5-68.5 million, versus the consensus of $64.9 million.
