Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share, or $2.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 23, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 9, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 5, 2016.
