Camden Property Trust (CPT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.75; 4.1% Yield

Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share, or $3 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.70.

The dividend will be payable on April 18, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.1 percent.
